Client considers design and pricing and then;
Integrity New Homes prepares building contracts and submits to client;
Integrity New Homes and client go through building contracts together and on approval the client finalises deposit;
Integrity New Homes lodges development/building approval and the client completes colour and electrical consultation/selection;
Integrity New Homes receives development/building approval;
Integrity New Homes orders materials and hand selected trade contractors for construction;
Integrity New Homes construction folder is given to the Project Manager to commence work on site;
Integrity New Homes arranges Integrity Edge site meetings with client as each building stage is completed;
Integrity New Homes communicates at least every two weeks with client to advise of the progress of works and key stages achieved;
Integrity New Homes gives client notice of practical completion and sets handover date;
Client arranges final payment and insurance for their new home;
Integrity New Homes hands the client the keys to their new home; and
Client enjoys their Integrity New Home.
