We also observe that new homes are one of the few hand built products still made today. Nearly every other product you care to name - including bread - is manufactured by machines.
Because homes are made by hand by around 30 tradespeople there will be mistakes that occur from time-to-time. We and our team of qualified trade contractors are human.
What we will do if a mistake occurs is move swiftly to identify the problem, discuss a solution with you and then rectify.
We also recognise our clients are human too and make mistakes. So when a client makes a mistake we communicate with them and come up with solutions. |
