Lights, camera, action and all systems are go as INH’s North Queensland operations hit overdrive with more than 60 dwellings at various stages from design and drafting through to nearing completion.

The North Queensland regional office has been a hub of frenetic activity as the handover stage approaches for 14 semi-detached townhouses being built at The Grove development, at Cannonvale a couple of minutes west of Airlie Beach.

There are further 18 of these units to be built at The Grove and INH is currently drafting these designs along with a pool and recreation centre.

The company’s building quality and speed of construction has led to a very strong response from locals wanting a designed orientated builder with a clear focus on communication and service.

As a result of the INH’s work at The Grove there has been a large volume of word-of-mouth enquiry from people wanting to have homes built in Airlie Beach, Bowen and Mackay.

Bowen or Bowenwood, as the locals refer to their town after featuring heavily in Baz Lurhman’s feature film Australia, is a real hotspot has been boosted by the announcement of further infrastructure and mining development.

There are several new estates - many with stunning ocean views - which have been released to the market and sold extremely well.

INH is building a spec home at one of these Bowen estates and is also looking to secure a display home site at the 1,700 lot master planned Plantation Palms estate at Mackay.

The company has issued contracts for a magnificent 700sqm one-off design to be built at Nindaroo about 10 minutes north of Mackay and is really excited about the opportunities which exist in this market.

INH’s in-house developed software has enabled the business to efficiently manage  construction over a wide geographical area while maintaining a focus on servicing client needs.
