We went up to site Tuesday this week to visit our two new homes being built side by side at Enfield, Adelaide SA, to clean up and make sure the homes are on schedule with the landscaping. After visiting our Enfield site we went to make sure the work has started on our Windsor Gardens new build; the site had been cut and filled to make level (See image below of the before and after).
Before we even looked at the new site, we came across a home that was built not that long ago by us and lives side by side to the new site in Windsor Gardens, Adelaide. Since we completed and handed over this new home, the owner has installed a stoned concrete driveway and put turf down in the front garden. The new home mentioned was built using a screw pile system which was a cost effective way to build a new home on reactive soil.
