The Hudson 280 F1 located in the new Carringum Estate is an eye catcher. As you walk in the front door of this beauty to the left we have the lounge area which is separated from the rest of the house, down further along the hallway to the right is the entrance to the garage and on the left is the laundry and toilet. Situated in the middle of the hall we have the staircase which leads to the upper floor. Following on from the stairs we have the open plan living area where the kitchen dining and family room are within close distance to the alfresco making it the perfect entertainment area. As we walk up the stairs, we have bed 1 with an ensuite and walk in robe along with bed 5 to the right and the bathroom and powder room straight in front. As we go left through the upper floor bed 2, 3 and 4 are all located towards the right along with the rumpus room which is a centrally located opened area leading to the balcony. The Paris 320 F1 located in the new Pinnacle Estate stands out from the other two-storey houses as it has a long list of features. Walking into this house we have the study on the right-hand side followed by a separate lounge, allowing for some privacy split from the other family room. Across from the lounge we have the laundry and powder room where the stairs leading to the upper floor are situated opposite from the laundry. Walking through the hallway from the stairs we have a beautiful open style living with the kitchen on the right including a walk-in pantry, the dining room and the family room which through to a separated media room for some privacy. Following on we have the laundry, taking a few steps around the corner we open up into the kitchen, dining and family room where you can enjoy plenty of light through the thoughtful use of windows and rear large sliding door. To the left of the open area, we have a separate toilet and bathroom, bed 4 which like bed 1 includes an ensuite and walk in robe. And lastly bed 3 which like bed 2 has built in robes!
