Our clients Jason and Kailey needed a total overhaul of their Kingston family home.
The brick entry of the house was outdated and the enclosed front porch was all rotted out. We discussed with them their needs and wants and developed a plan that would work for the existing structure.
The plan we agreed upon was knocking down the brick entrance and stairs, also ripping out the old front porch and starting again. We set out adding new bearers, joists, post, roof and also laid down Merbau hardwood decking floor to create a modern front deck entry with new stairs.
