Work has started on site for the new Coffs Harbour office and display home.
An existing dwelling has been shifted to the rear of the block and will be used for an office, while a new home will be built to the front of the site.
This new dwelling will be built over two levels and include show room areas, feature house and land packages for Coffs Harbour, along with office space.
The dwelling will include lighweight cladding and a Colorbond with off-street car parking.
