A rundown set of two units at Woolloongabba have been given a major renovation and extension under the team from Integrity New Homes Brisbane.
The finished renovation and extension now features four units in a really appealing old style project which complies with the Brisbane City Council’s requirements for a "character residential zone" property.
Integrity New Homes Brisbane were responsible for obtaining the Development Approval (DA) which combined understanding and interpreting the relevant town planning conditions and then creating the documentation necessary for achieving stamped plans.
Flexibility, patience and a thorough understanding of town planning rules and regulations were the keys to getting this makeover approved and built.
