Our clients Anehan Developers needed their investment property in Chermside renovated. It was an outdated post war 60's two-story dwelling that needed internal and external renovation works done.
We discussed with our clients their needs and wants of a modern open plan home and developed a renovation that would work for them and within their budget.
The first stage of the renovation was demolishing the kitchen, bathroom, living area and knocking down walls and timber doors in sun-room to provide an open plan layout. We then upgraded consumer's main cables and switchboards and removed existing undersized copper and rusted out gal water throughout. Then new kitchen and cabinetry was installed, new bath, shower and vanity, sanded and polished timber floors and applied fresh coat of paint.
