This Presence 220 was carefully adjusted to suit the clients' specific requirements. The fourth Bedroom and the Media were stripped out, creating much more space for a large open plan Lounge area directly connected to the Kitchen and Dining, and the remainder added to the Bathroom, Laundry and Ensuite. The house was also flipped to better orient to their living space and Bed 1 to the Northern aspect and a small section of feature cladding added to the front elevation to trick up the facade.
As the Integrity New Homes standard Designer Inclusions are already positioned for second and third home buyer clients, the number of upgrades needed to be added to really finish this home was minimal.
