Description

Design flair is not something that can be faked – you either have it, or you do not. The Diamond Beach 260 has design flair in “buckets”. This is an interesting and stylish home, which is both functional but visually appealing.
A spacious Porch and Breezeway split the double Garage and lower floor and provide covered areas for relaxing and entertaining. An internal staircase leading to the upper floor living area abuts the Entry along with the two of the three-Bedrooms. The centrally located Rumpus splits the front half of the lower floor from Bed 1, Ensuite, Walk-In-Robe (WIR) and the Office.
