Presence 220 F1

The Presence series is gaining on the Mackay series as the most popular home designs offered by Integrity New Homes. The appeal of the Presence series lies in its thoughtful features, packaged into an attractive, resort-style four-bedroom layout.

All designs include a master bedroom (Bed 1) with a walk-in robe (WIR) and ensuite, accessible from the entry. In the larger Presence homes, the WIR is cleverly concealed behind an internal wall. In the Presence 175 and Presence 190 models, Bed 2 is adjacent to Bed 1. However, in the larger models, Bed 2 is situated in a separate wing of secondary bedrooms. The space freed by relocating Bed 2 is utilized for a media room in the Presence 220.

The rear section of the Presence designs integrates the kitchen, lounge, and dining areas, all opening onto a covered alfresco space. A bathroom with a standalone WC serves the secondary bedrooms. Other features vary by design and include a computer nook, walk-in pantry (WIP) in the kitchen, and storage in the garage.

There can be few better places to relax after a hard day’s work than in the expansive living rooms of the Presence series. Large sliding glass doors draw in views of the rear property, and the kitchen, complete with an island bench and breakfast bar, is conveniently close. The cost-effective design creates a “stepped-in” footprint at the rear, enhancing backyard views. Investment in backyard landscaping is maximized, allowing garden views to extend into the home.
