Glenfield Beach "Sandcastle"
One of our standout projects is in Glenfield Beach, affectionately called "the Sandcastle" by our clients. They are truly house-proud, and it's a joy to build for clients who take such pride in their new homes. The frames are up, and the roof will be going on shortly. This architecturally styled family beach home is expected to win awards next year, both for our business and for the clients.
White Peak Challenges and Triumphs
Up in White Peak, we’ve just put down a slab for a new project. Despite record rain in Western Australia, which caused our frame and truss truck to get bogged, we persevered. With the help of three of our team members and their utes, we managed to pull the truck out. The frame is now on-site, and we'll be putting it up shortly.
Commitment to Quality and Timeliness
We’re very confident in our trade base and suppliers. To ensure we deliver great homes on time, we've put a limit on the number of clients we take on. We’re so confident in our ability to deliver that we’re offering a $5,000 penalty payment to any client whose single-storey slab-on-ground residential home takes more than 30 weeks to build. This commitment showcases our confidence in our timber frame construction and our dedication to record-breaking build times.
