Layout - ask about making the changes that you need to make your home, your home!
Construction – ask when will it commence and how long will it take.
Environment features – the cost of power, water and gas is likely to keep on rising, so ask which sustainability features are incorporated into the design.
Ask to see examples of completed houses and find out what other people are saying about the builder.
Take your time and don't rush into it.
