Choosing a colour scheme for your new home and knowing what palettes of colour and what hues to choose, is a time consuming and arduous task for the average new home buyer.

So where do you start? Who can help?
Integrity New Homes Uralla Walcha has taken to difficulty out of doing it all yourself. When you use these boards, it removes the need for a colour consultant! We have Colour Selection boards we have put together just for our VIP customers.
They are called the Fast Track Boards. Yes, Colour Selections made easy. Put together by a skilled Colour Consultant (Interior Designer) who has 20 years of Home Building and Designing under her belt, you can rest assured that everything that has been chosen will work together perfectly.
Each Scheme is slightly different… varying in external colours; for example, the roof, fascia and gutter, and has options of using Roof Tiles, Colorbond, Brick, Render or various claddings like Weatherboard, or other James Hardie Scyon products.
The Internal Selections include Tiles, sourced from our supplier Beaumont Tiles. Carpet from Carpet Call, or several timber and vinyl flooring options. The fittings and plumbing are sourced from Reece Plumbing. Fixtures such as lights and other electrical options are supplied by Clipsal, and Beacon Lighting.
Other internal selections such as the kitchen cabinetry are locally built by Cabinetmakers who know their trade well, ensuring quality and service. Products for the work are sourced from Laminex and other local suppliers such as Bunnings.
Depending on your contract, your whitegoods, and appliances are sourced from Smeg or Baumatic who offer great after sales service and warranties on their products.
The 7 done-for-you Colour Selection story boards give you peace of mind that everything will work together and your new home will look amazing.
Integrity New Homes Uralla Walcha uses only quality Dulux Paints on all our homes, and we always give you a 3 coat system to ensure that your walls are well covered. Externally we use a quality Dulux Weathershield that will stand the test of time, ensuring that your home looks great for at least 5- 10 years.
