I’m Ash Dell, proud owner of Integrity New Homes Byron Bay, located in the stunning Northern Rivers region. Together with my family, I’m doing what I feel I was born to do: building beautiful homes for wonderful people.
Growing up in a small country town, I learned the values of honesty and reliability from our close-knit community. After finishing school, I eagerly embarked on an apprenticeship with one of the town’s leading builders, renowned for crafting high-quality custom-designed homes. Although he had high expectations, his guidance taught me the importance of striving for excellence in my own work and consistently delivering the best for my clients.
With seven years of experience in commercial construction, I developed my skills in project management, safety prioritization, and leadership on large-scale projects. Alongside my career, I built a life with my wife of over twenty years, raising two children who are actively involved in local sports. Our family enjoys riding horses together and cheering for our kids at pony club events and soccer games, as well as spending quality time at our beautiful local beaches.
Transitioning to subcontracting carpentry for residential builders enriched my experience, allowing me to learn the intricacies of running building sites and managing diverse projects. Eventually, I took the leap into independent work, starting with small decks and gradually expanding to new home constructions.
For the past six years, I have proudly owned an Integrity New Homes franchise. This opportunity has propelled my business forward, enabling me to implement systems and processes typically found in larger companies. This has allowed me to deliver a more organized and professional service to my clients while maintaining my commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. Being part of this franchise has also allowed me to return to my roots in custom home building, blending that personal touch with the professionalism and structure that clients expect.
